摘　　要：目的　研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basefibfroblastgrowthfactor ,bFGF)对白内障术晶状体上皮细胞增生过程中的影响。方法　在培养的牛晶状体上皮中添加bFGF ,甲基噻唑基四唑 (methylthiazoly1tetrazolium ,MTT)法测定细胞增生情况以及流式细胞仪分析细胞周期。结果　bFGF浓度为 10 -1～ 10 -2 ng/ml对牛眼晶状体上皮细胞增生有促进作用 ,且以 10ng/ml浓度作用最佳。结论　bFGF与其受体结合后可促进晶状体上皮细胞增生 。Objective To study the role of base fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in lens epithelial cell proliferation after cataract extraction.Methods Bovine LECs in culture were treated with bFGF.Then,MTT assay was used to examine the proliferation of the cells and cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry.Results Bovine LECs showed marked proliferation depending on the concentration of bFGF from 10 -1 ～10 2 ng/ml,and bFGF at a concentration of 10 ng/ml induced the highest increase of proliferation.Conclusion bFGF has a promotive effect on proliferation of LECs.bFGFs bound to their receptors stimulate proliferation of LECs and play an important role in cocurrence and development of posterior capsular opacification after cataract surgery.
