摘　　要：目的　研究白内障人群散光分布规律。方法　分析10 5 0例白内障患者的角膜地形图。结果　患者中顺规散光比例随年龄增大而减小 ,逆规散光比例则相应增大。 80岁以下各年龄组 ,1D以下散光所占比例最高 ,散光度越大 ,所占比例越小。结论　白内障人群中 80岁以下者的散光分布规律与Objective To study the astigmatism distribution in cataract patients.Methods Data of corneal topography from 1050 cataract patients were analyzed.Results The ratio of WTR(with the rule)was decreased by the age,while that of ATR( against the rule) was increased.The astigmatism power less than 1 D was in the highest percentage in the groups under the age of 80.The lower the percentage was,the higher the astigmatism power was.Conclusion The astigmatism distribution in cataract patients was different between the groups under the age of 80 and that above lt.
