摘　　要：目的　探讨后囊连续环形撕囊 (PCCC)在白内障手术中的临床意义。方法　手术前和手术中发现后囊浑混 38眼 ,进行后囊连续环形撕囊。结果　术后全部术眼均获得视轴透明区。结论　后囊连续环形撕囊是处理后囊浑浊和治疗后发性白内障的方法之一 。Objective To evaluate the significance of posterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis (PCCC) in cataract extraction.Methods PCCC was made in 38 eyes with posterior capsular opacification.Results The result showed that all the eye achieved a clear axis.Conclusion PCCC is a method to treat posterior capsular opacification and after cataract.It is suited for the remote hospital for lack of laser.
