内外眦切开松解眼睑成形术

摘　　要：目的　探讨用内眦或 /和外眦切开松解眼睑成形术修补眼睑缺损的效果。方法　对 2 6例因肿瘤切除和外伤造成的眼睑全层缺损者行眼睑成形术。其中单行外眦切开松解者 2 1例 ;内眦切开松解者 2例 ;内眦切开松解联合外眦切开松解者 3例。结果　 2 6例手术全部Ⅰ期愈合成功。除 5例外 ,余 2 1例追踪观察 6月～ 5年 ,功能及美容效果良好 15例 ,满意 4例 ,眼睑中部凹陷 1例 ,泪溢 1例。结论　内、外眦切开松解眼睑成形术 ,手术快、创伤小、Ⅰ期重建、成功率高 。Objective To study the effect of eyelid reconstruction by medial and/or lateral canthotomy and cantholysis.Methods 26 patients with eyelids defecte due to tumour or injury were studied.21 patients were underwent simultaneous lateral canthotomy and cantholysis.2 patients were underwent simultaneous medial canthotomy and cantholysis.3 patients were operated by medial and lateral canthotomy and cantholysis.Results 26 patients were all cured at one time.21 patients were followed for six months to five years.15 patients had excellent and 4 patients had good functional and cosmetic result.Only 1 patient had middle eyelid hollow and 1 patient had lachrymation.Conclusion Eyelid reconstruction by using medial and/or lateral canthotomy and cantholysis had the following advantages:quickly operating,little injury,repairing at one time and high sucess rate.It is the optional method to all layer eyelid defect.
