摘　　要：网上课程点播是网络远程教育颇具魅力的特色之一。指出网络带宽是关系到教学效果的至关重要的因素 ,并提出了制作教学效果良好的低带宽点播课件的技术方案 。Network courses on demand is one of the attractive feature in network distant education. This paper points out bandwidth is very important factor which affect the effect of teaching,and proposes a technical solution which make lower bandwidth courses on demand with nicer effect of teaching, we also give the pertinent technology and flow of making.
