摘　　要：以说话人识别的几个关键问题为纲,说明了国内外现有的识别方法和结果,以及存在的问题和难点,并提出了一些新想法。This paper summarizes general method of speech or speaker recognition and the new development in this aspect in international conference. The thesis consisting of key issues of speech or speaker recognition explains current method results and existing problems and difficulties and also mentions some new idea of the author.
