α-萘乙酸对不同培养基生料栽培平菇产量与转潮的影响

摘　　要：本文研究了生料栽培平菇时施用不同浓度的α-萘乙酸钠盐对平菇产量和转潮的影响。结果表明 ,在早期产量、总产量及转潮天数等方面效果显著。从产量和转潮二个方面综合来看 ,以麦草为培养料施用 10mg/KgNAA、棉籽壳培养料施用 15mg/KgNAA这二个处理三潮菇总产量、早期产量最高 ,转潮最快。Two kinds of raw material media were mixed with different concentration NAA for Pleuratus ostreatus (Jacq. ex Fr.)culture. Results showed that there were significant difference in early and total yields, and intervals of harvest. Generally, higher early yields, total yields and shorter intervals of harvest were resulted from wheat straw mixed with 10mg/kg NAA or from cotton seed shuck mixed with 15mg/kg NAA.
