摘　　要：目的 :评价激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效。方法 :对确诊为视网膜静脉阻塞的 32例患者行倍频 Nd:YAG激光治疗 ,随访时间为 3～ 32个月 (平均 16个月 )。结果 :激光治疗后 30例有效 ,总有效率为 93.7% ,光凝后视力进步者 10例 (31.3% ) ;视力下降者 1例 (3.17% ) ;视力不变者 2 1例 (6 5 .6 % )。结论 :激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效肯定 。To evalute the curative effect of Nd:YAG laser photocoagulation treatment of retinal vein occlusion. Methods: Thirty-two patients ( 32 eyes) with retinal vein occlusion were treated with frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser. The patients were followed up for sixteen months on average. Results: 30 eyes of the patients with Nd:YAG laser photocoagulation treatment were effective. The efficiency rate was 93.7%. The vision of 10 cases (31.3%) improved after treatment; 21 cases (65.6%) remained the same; 1 case(3.17%) vision deteriorated. Conclusion: Nd:YAG laser photocoagulation treatment were effective for retinal vein occlusion, and can preserve the patient's vision.
