摘　　要：通过对经济全球化进程中企业组织结构创新具体模式的研究与分析 ,总结预见出企业在经济全球化过程中组织变革的总体趋势 ,并阐述了中国企业现今借鉴先进管理观念 ,把握国际化竞争将带来的组织变革趋势的现实意义 .最后指出 ,中国企业在选择性采纳组织模式本体形式的同时 ,更应研究组织模式创新的趋势 ,在创新出最适合自身发展的组织模式的同时 ,了解竞争对手组织系统的薄弱环节 。Through studying the specific cases of the corporation structure innovations in the process of economic globalization,the present auther predicts the general trend of the corporation structure changes in this globalization,and discuss the realistic purport as for the corporation structure innovation trend directed by the Chinese entrepreneurs who are referring to the advanced management ideas and following the corporation structure innovations caused by the intensive international competition.Finally,the present auther states that the Chinese entrepreneurs should focus on the trend of corporation structure innovations while adopting those innovations selectively,and that they should also find out the weak points existed in the corporation structures of their counterparts while they conduct the innovations accustomed to themselves.To do so is to take an active way to confront the international competition.
