摘　　要：文中讨论了影响非制冷微测辐射热计的主要因素 ,介绍了器件中结构设计和材料的选取 。The paper disscusses the main parameters which influence performancd of uncooled microbolometers.The design consideration of the structure and the choise of the material is discribed.The processing and the primary results is given.
