摘 要:目的测定肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)患者脑脊液(CSF)中天门冬氨酸(Asp)、谷氨酸(Glu)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平,并对其临床意义作初步探讨。方法采用高效液相色谱仪和酶联免疫测定法分别测定36例ALS患者脑脊液中Asp、Glu和NSE水平,并对测定结果进行统计学分析。结果36例ALS患者CSF中Asp、Glu和NSE水平与对照组比较水平明显增高。且NSE水平与Asp、Glu分别存在相关。结论Asp、Glu可能参与了ALS的发病过程,NSE可能作为脊髓运动神经元损害的指标。ALS患者CSF中NSE增高可能与Asp、Glu对脊髓运动神经元的损害有关。Objective To measure Asp,Glu and NSE levels in c erebral spinal fluid of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and discuss its clinical magnificance primarily.Methods The levels of Asp,Glu and NSE in CSF of36ALS patients were measured by high effect liquid phase chromatograph and enzyme-linked im munosorbent assays(ELISA).Their results were analysed statis tcally.Results The levels of Asp,Glu and NSE in CSF of 36ALS were increased notely,and the level of NSE was related to that of Asp,Glu respectively.Conclusion Asp,Glu probably participated the episode o f ALS.NSE could be the biochemical in dex of spinal motoneuron damage.The increased levels of ALS in CSF maybe associated with Asp,Glu le sions to spinal motoneurons.
