树脂含量对芳纶纤维/环氧复合材料性能的影响

摘　　要：研究了树脂含量对芳纶纤维 /环氧复合材料的性能的影响 ,主要是浸胶纤维强度、压力容器中纤维强度的发挥系数、容器特性系数 pV/Wc。给出了按混合定律计算复合材料强度的修正系数 ,提出了对容器进行表面处理以改善其内外层含胶量的均匀度 ,并进行了实验。实验证明 ,容器内外层树脂含量分布更为均匀后 ,容器的性能得到提高。Effects of resin content on properties of aramid fiber reinforced composites are researched,such as breaking load of impregnated F 12 fiber roving,developed fiber stress and vessel performance factor ( pV/W c).Modified coefficient of composite stress calculated with mixture principle formula is given.Methods of outward surface treatment on the vessel to improve uniformity of inner and outer resin content distribution is put forward along with the involved experiment.Experimental results indicate that resin content distribution of inner and outer of vessel is more uniform and vessel performance can be improved.
