PCNA在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤中的表达与相关性研究

摘　　要：目的　通过检测PCNA在 3种妊娠滋养细胞疾病和正常绒毛中的表达找出规律 ,并观察良性葡萄胎可疑恶变者化疗后对PCNA表达值的影响 ,从而找出预测葡萄胎恶变的阳性指标。方法　采用免疫组化SP法检测正常早孕绒毛 (人流术者 ) 2 0例 ,葡萄胎 4 0例 ,侵蚀性葡萄胎 2 0例 ,绒毛膜癌 2 0例中PCNA的表达 ,并采用等级资料的秩和检验法进行统计。结果　绒癌、侵蚀性葡萄胎中PCNA阳性细胞数均高于正常绒毛或者葡萄胎 (P <0 .0 1)。绒癌中PCNA阳性细胞数高于侵蚀性葡萄胎 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　PCNA在滋养细胞疾病中的表达阳性率与滋养细胞疾病的增生程度和恶性程度呈正相关关系。PCNA做为预测葡萄胎恶变、及恶变程度和预后的手段是客观、可靠、易行的。Objective To try to find the role of expression and correlation of three hydatidiform mole(HM) diseases and normal chorion and to observe the PCNA expression value of benign hydatidiform mole that doubted to be malignant after chemotherapy so that to find the positive data to predict the malignant change . Methods The PCNA expression was detected with histoimmunochemical SP method in 20 cases of normal choroin, 40 cases of HM, 20 cases of iHM and 20 cases choriocarcinoma. The statistics was performed with rank test of order materials. Results The PCNA positive cell counts of choriocarcinoma, iHM and HM were higher than that in normal chorion (P<0.01). The PCNA positive cell counts of choriocarcinoma and iHM were higher than that of HM (P<0.01). That of HM was higher than normal chorion (P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of expression of PCNA in chorion disease was positive correlated with the proliferating and malignant degree of the disease. PCNA might be an important and available method to predict the canceration, its degree and prognosis. This method might be impersonal, reliable and feasible.
