摘　　要：综述了双乙酸钠(SDA)的特性、用途、生产方法和工艺流程。从生产工艺条件上,对双乙酸钠的生产方法作了对比分析,得出了适合于工业化的生产方法。This paper summarized the property, use, production method and technological process of sodium diac-etate, compared the technological conditions for production and found the method suited to industrialized production.
