摘　　要：文章采用改进的层次分析法对居住区规划设计要素的重要度进行了分析，并以 ２０００年７－９月对苏州市区市民购房意向调查结果中的相关数据为例，整理转化建立判断矩阵，得出进一步提高居住区规划设计质量的关键要素，为项目决策、居住区规划设计提供参考。With the improved AHP, the author made an analysis of the priority order of factors in designing residential quarters. Based on a survey statistics about the intention of downtown resi- dents in Suzhou in house purchase in 2000, prior factors such as safety, environment, plane, facili- ty, etc in housing design are acquired. The conclusion can find its application in decision-making and housing design.
