羟基磷灰石眼台作为药物缓释载体以减轻术后疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :利用羟基磷灰石 (hydroxyapatite ,HA)眼台作为药物载体缓慢释放于眼窝后以减轻HA眼台眼窝内填充术后疼痛及术后反应。方法 :眼窝内植入义眼台后于眼台内注入醋酸地塞米松 5mg(1ml) ,盐酸妥布霉素 4万U(2ml)。余步骤同经典步骤。结果 :4 4例患者中 4 3例 (98% )无痛感或仅有轻微疼痛。 2 9例患者 (6 6 % )有不同程度的恶心 ,17例 (39% )还伴有呕吐。 80 %患者没有出现组织水肿。结论 :义眼台内注入地塞米松及妥布霉素能有效地控制术后疼痛 ,减轻术后反应 。Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of hydroxyapatite orbital implant used as a carrier of slow release medicine for relief of patient from postoperative pain.Methods:44 patients(44 eyes)were implanted hydroxyapatite orbit implants.Of the 44 patients,30 were implanted primarily,and 14 secondarily.Right after the hydroxyapatite implant was implanted into the orbit,5 mg(1 ml)dexamethasone and 40,000 units(2 ml)tobramycin were injected into the pores of implant.Results:Postoperatively,43 patients(98%) felt no pain or slight pain,29 patients(66%)had nausea and 17(39%)had vomiting too.35 patients(80%)had no chemosis,while the other 9 patients(20%)had only slight chemosis.There were no other complications.Conclusions:Hydroxyapatite orbital implant is an ideal carrier for slow realease medicine that may effectively relieve the postoperative pain in orbital implantation.
