摘　　要：合成了一种用于形成囊泡的全氟代表面活性剂 ,确定了合成及提纯该表面活性剂的条件 ,并对其结构进行了表征 .结果表明 ,该表面活性剂分子骨架上没有支链 ,在一定的条件下 ,它与氯化铵、水能够自组形成较大的囊泡 ,有利于药物的包藏 .In this article, described the methodology used to prepare and purify perfluorinated surfactant,which could form vesicles.Results showed that no any branched compounds was found,it could found the formation of large vesicles in the ternary system under certain condition,and it could benefits the delivery of drugs.
