微量元素多变量分析辅助诊断鼻咽癌

摘　　要：以鼻咽癌患者和对照组的 6 4例样本的微量元素含量及其比值作多元统计分析 ,建立判别方程、回归方程和主成分方程 .应用所建立的方程对 6 4个训练样本进行判别分类 ,分类准确率为 94% .Trace element contents and their ratios of 64 samples of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and control groups were used to perform multivariate analysis to establish discriminatory equation, linear regression equation and principal component equation. The estabished equations were farther used to do discriminatory classification of 64 samples. By resubstitution test 94% accuracy is obtained. The method can be used in clinical as an assistant diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
