摘 要:目的 :观察颅内压 (ICP)增高对体感诱发电位 (SEP)的影响。方法 :对 86例颅内病变引起的高颅压病人治疗前后进行体感诱发电位检测 ,同时测定患者脑压及血压。结果 :ICP升高时SEP各波潜伏期延长 ,波幅降低 ,以N2 0波最明显 ,呈高度负相关。结论 :SEP参数改变可间接推断ICP变化 。Objective:To observe the effects of increased intracranial pressure (ICP) on the somatosensory evoked potential (SEP).Methods:SEP was determined in 86 patients with increased ICP caused by intracranial disease before and after treatment.The intracranial pressure and blood pressure were measured at the same time.Results:The latency of SEP waves was prolonged and the amplitude of SEP was decreased with the increase of ICP,esp.the N20.A high negative correlation was noted.Conclusion:Alteration of parameters of SEP could indirectly deduce the changes of ICP and it might be helpful in the judgement of the condition of disease and the prognosis.
