摘  要:目的 :研究巨噬细胞 (Mφ)在榄香烯复合瘤苗 (EC -TCV)对小鼠肝癌HCa-F的免疫保护效应中的应用。方法 :榄香烯复合瘤苗主动免疫 3次 ,体内用多聚甲醛固定的HCa-F致敏后 3d检测腹腔巨噬细胞 (Mφ)的抗肿瘤细胞毒活性、一氧化氮 (NO)、细胞增殖活性的功能变化。结果 :与对照组比较 ,腹腔巨噬细胞(PEMφ)对HCa -F的细胞毒活性增强 ,而在NO产生和细胞增殖方面无明显差异。结论Purpose: To study the roles of macrophages in the immunoprotective effects of elemene combo-tumor cell vaccine(EC-TCV) against HCa-F. Methods: The Balb/c inbred mice were immunized with EC-TCV and primed with HCa-F fixed with paraformaldehyde, the functions of the macrophages were measured on day 3. Results: Cytotoxicity against HCa-F of the peritoneal exudative macrophages(PE-Mφ)from the immunized mice was stronger than that of contral group and no significant difference in NO production and celluldur proliferation was seen between two groups. Conclusion: Intraperitoneal immunization of EC-TCV might induce cytotoxicity against cancer cells of HCa-F in mice.
