摘  要:评估了我们用美洲拟鲽抗冻蛋白基因转化烟草和国内有人用同一基因转化蕃茄的研究 ,提出植物耐寒性状的提高与转基因植物中抗冻蛋白含量呈正相关是转基因植物成功的关键性指标。同时 ,美洲拟鲽抗冻蛋白的空间结构与冷诱导蛋白相似而且都保护细胞膜免受冻害 。Our studies about transform tobacco plant with winter flounder antifreeze protein (AFP) cDNA and Huang Yongfen et al.'s report on transform tomato plant with the same gene were re-evaluated and the fact that increasing cold-tolerance abilities must be correlated with expression level of AFP gene was critical problem in the transgenic plant researches. Because of extremely similarity conformation between AFP and the cold acclimation protein, and both capable of forming amphipathic α-helices, might contribute directly to freezing tolerance by protecting cells against the potentially damaging effects of dehydration associated with freezing. New idea that using the control sequences of cis-acting element and trans-acting factors of the cold acclimation protein, to regulate AFP genes, aimed to acquire freezing-tolerance in transgenic plants. ;
