摘　　要：针对弹性联轴器扭矩测试的需要,采用研华PCL-818L数据采集卡建立了一套计算机扭矩自动测试系统。该系统的硬件由含有PCL-818L数据采集卡的测控计算机、高速直流伺服电机电枢电流模块、弹性联轴器扭矩模块、温度和励磁电流故障监视模块、及相应I/O、A/D、D/A等组成,软件系统包括测试、数据操作和打印等。同时介绍了所采用的C++ Builder 5.0工具,在编程环境下硬件中断和端口操作的实现。For the need to test the torque of flexible axis-joint on the adjust-stress switch, an automatic testing system was designed with PCL-818L data acquisition board. The hardware the system consists of the computer with PCL-818L data acquisition board for testing and control, the current module of armature on high speed DC servomotor, the torque module of flexible axis-joint, the surveillance module of malfunction for temperature and excitation current, and I/O, A/D, D/A. The software the system consists of the testing software, the data operation and the printing program. The implement of hardware interrupting and port operation under programming environment with C++ Builder 5.0 was presented.
