略论知识型企业的组织模式创新

摘　　要：在“新经济”时代 ,最具生命力的企业必定是致力于创新的、柔性的、面向知识生产与管理的知识型企业。而实现企业的知识化改造 ,组织创新是其重要途径之一。本文在阐述知识管理内涵、知识型企业的特征基础上 ,分析了几种典型的知识型企业组织模式。In the age of knowledge economy, the vital enterprise is the one that is innovative, flexible and based on knowledge production and management. But the organization Innovation is one of the main paths to redesign enterprise as knowledge one. In this paper, we firstly analyze intension of knowledge management and characteristics of knowledge enterprise. Secondly we study some typical patterns of organization Innovation based on knowledge management. Finally we put forward that with the rapid development and extensive application of it which continuously provides new foundation for Innovation, the enterprise must build new types of organization to keep competitive advantage of the future
