商陆红色素基本特性的研究

摘　　要：商陆（PhytolaccaamericanaL.）的成熟浆果中含有大量红色素（甜菜苷），本文对该色素的基本特性如吸收光谱、pH效应、共存物的影响等进行了初步研究，结果表明商陆浆果红色素具有较大的开发价值．The ripe berries of Phytolacca americana contains a lot of red pigment (betanime). This paper was a preliminary study on the basic characteristics of this red pigment such as absorption of spectrophotometry, the effect of PH and other syngenetic matters. The result showed the berries of Phytolacca americana having great exploiting value.
