摘　　要：目的：观察９－顺维甲酸（９－ｃｉｓ－ＲＡ）处理前后人肺腺癌细胞株ＰＧ和Ａ５４９维甲酸受体（ＲＡＲｓ）及维甲类Ｘ受体　（ＲＸＲｓ）不同时相ｍＲＮＡ转录水平的表达。方法：用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ相对定量检测人肺腺癌细胞株ＰＧ和Ａ５４９加９－ｃｉｓ－ＲＡ前后ＲＡＲｓ和ＲＸＲｓ　ｍＲＮＡ转录水平。结果：应用９－ｃｉｓ－ＲＡ后，两细胞株的ＲＡＲα和ＲＡＲβ－ｍＲＮＡ转录水平较对照组明显增高，其余受体转录无明显变化。结论：受体ＲＡＲα和ＲＡＲβ可能与９－ｃｉｓ－ＲＡ对两细胞株的生长抑制和诱导凋亡作用有密切关系。Objective:To detect expression changes of retinoi d acid receptors(RARs) and retinoid X receptors(RXRs) of PG and A549 lung adenocarcinoma cells before and after being treated with 9 cis RA in different time phase respectively. Methods:Relative RARs and RXRs mRNA quan tity in PG and A549 Cells was determined by RT PCR.Result s:RARα and RARβ mRNA levels in experimental groups were significantly higher than those of the control groups in every time phase. The other receptors had no distinct changes in both cell lines.Conclusion:RARα,RAR β of PG and A549 may have an important effect on cell growth and apop tosis introduction.
