摘 要:医院人事制度改革势必涉及部分职工及其工作岗位调整 ,导致思想波动和心理压力 ,故加强人事制度改革中的职工思想工作十分必要。因此 ,一是全面掌握职工在人事制度改革过程中的思想状况 :①肯定正面效应 ;②正确对待负面影响 ;③抓好认识滞后职工的教育。二是做好人事制度改革过程中职工思想工作 ,即领导班子要充分理解和学习相关文件精神 ,转变观念 ,统一步伐 ,达成共识。同时做好聘退、待岗、下岗等职工的安置工作 。Reform of the personnel system of a hospital will naturally affect some of its staff and their posts, resulting in misgivings of the mind and psychological pressure. Thus it is imperative to strengthen ideological work of a hospital's staff in the reform of its personnel system. Two things must be done to de a good job of the work. One is to fully grasp the ideological trend of the staff during the reform of the personnel system, affirming the positive effects, responding appropriately to the negative effects, and exerting to educate people whose understanding of the reform lags behind. The other is to do a good job of the ideological work of the staff during the reform, viz. the leading group must seriously study and fully understand the gist of relevant documents, change concepts, unify steps, and reach a common understanding. At the same time, efforts need to be made to properly treat those who have been disengaged or laid off so as to dispel their worries.
