低剂量胸腺肽联合化疗治疗胃癌

摘　　要：目的　评价低剂量胸腺肽贯序免疫 -化疗治疗胸部肿瘤的作用。方法　 84例胃癌在化疗前连续滴注低剂量胸腺肽 2周 ,4周重复一次 ,共 3个周期。结果　全部病人能耐受治疗 ,没有严重的毒副反应 ;低剂量胸腺肽联合化疗 3个月后 ,病人外周血CD3、CD4 、CD4 /CD8表达及NK细胞活性明显增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　低剂量胸腺肽联合化疗 (CDDP、EPI、5 Fu等 )对胃癌有疗效 ,毒性可耐受 ;并增强NK细胞活性 。Objective To evaluate the effects of low dose thymosin in sequential immuno chemotheray for gastric carcinoma.Methods 84 patients with gastric carcinoma were treated with low dose thymosin by dripping intravenously for 2 weeks before chemotherapy.Immuno chemotherapy cycles were repeated every 4 weeks.Mononuclear cells,CD 3,CD 4 expressions and NK activity in the peripheral blood 3 months after the beginning of treatment were measured.Results Overall,treatment was well tolerated. No severe side effects were recorded.Patients receiving combined treatment demonstrated a significant increase of mononuclear cells,CD 3,CD 4 expressions and NK activity 3 months after treatment ( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion The combined of low dose thymosin and chemotherapy(CDDP,EPI,5?Fu) is effective for gastric carcinoma.Low dose thymosin with acceptable toxicity can enhance natural killer cell activity and increase the expressions of lymphocyte subtypes.
