摘　　要：目的　探讨尿道超声检查的临床价值。方法　对 2 1例有血尿、尿痛、排尿困难的患者行尿道超声检查。结果　共检出尿道结石 5例、异物 2例、息肉 1例、疤痕 2例、前列腺增生致尿道细长 6例、正常尿道 4例 ,阳性率81%。结论　尿道超声检查是一种无痛苦、简便易行。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of sonourethrography.Methods 21 cases of patients with haematuria,urinate pain,dysuria and penis scleroma were undergone sonourethrography.Results In the group,5 cases of urethra stone,2 cases of foreign body in urethra,1 case of polyp of urethra,2 cases of stricture of urethra and 6 cases of posterior urethra change due to hyperplasia of prostate were detected,with a positive rate of 81%.Conclusion Sonourethrography is a simple and reliable examination method.
