活血通脉饮治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察活血通脉饮治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法 :6 6例脑梗死病人 ,随机分为治疗组 (n=36 )和对照组 (n=30 )。对照组常规药物治疗 ,治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用活血通脉饮 ,观察治疗前后患者的语言、运动功能、综合功能改善情况 ,以及凝血、抗凝血 (Fg、P-选择素、t- PA、PAI)和血液流变学 (高切、低切、血粘度 )等指标变化。结果 :治疗组中风病积分总有效率 88.9% ,对照组总有效率 80 % (p<0 .0 1)。对照组和治疗组均有降低血粘度、纤维蛋白原的作用 ,且治疗组的疗效优于对照组。虽然对照组和治疗组 ,对改善抗凝血指标 (P-选择素、t- PA、PAI)的作用不明显 (p>0 .0 5 ) ,但能较好地改善患者的语言表达、运动功能和综合功能 ,尤其是患者的运动功能的恢复 ,治疗组明显优于对照组 (p<0 .0 5 )。结论 :中西医结合疗法在降低血粘度、纤维蛋白原以及改善运动功能方面 。Objective:To observation the clinical effect of integration of chinese and western medicine in treating the cerebral infarction.Methods:sixty six patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group(in 36)and the control group(in 30),patients in the control group treated with routine western medicine therapy,patients in the treatment group treated with herb(Huo Xue Tong Mai yin)on the basis of routine therapy.The changes in of patients language function,moving function,colligation funtion and Fg,t PA,p selectin,PAI and plasma viscosity were observed after the treatment.Results:It showed,that in apoplectic integral the total effect rate was 88.9% in treatment group and 80% in control group,with a difference between them(p<0.01).After the treatment,the Fg,plasma viscosity levels decreased in two groups.The difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.05).After the ,reatment.the changes in of t PA,p selectin,PAi levels were not evident and amelioration anguage function,moving function,colligation function in two groups.The effect of improving moving function was better in treatment group than in control group.Conciusions:The effect of improving Fg,plasma viscosity,moving fuction was better in treatment group than in control group.
