摘　　要：目的　探讨基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床生物学行为的关系。方法　采用免疫组织化学方法 ,检测 60例大肠癌和 30例正常大肠组织中MMP 2的表达。结果　MMP 2在大肠癌和正常组织中表达阳性率分别为43.3% ( 2 6/ 60 )和 2 0 .0 % ( 6/ 30 ) ,大肠癌组织的MMP 2表达阳性率明显高于正常组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。MMP 2的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与肿瘤的分化程度无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　MMP 2在大肠癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用 ,尤其在肿瘤的侵袭转移过程中可能发挥重要作用。Objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 in colorectal carcinoma and its relation to clinical behavior.Methods The expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 in 60 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 30 cases of normal tissues were detected with S P immunohistochemical method.Results The expression rate of matrix metalloproteinase 2 in colorectal carcinoma and normal tissue was 43.3%(26/60) and 20.0%(6/30) respectively.There was significant difference between them( P < 0.05 ).The expression rate of matrix metalloproteinase 2 was related to the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and Dukesstaging( P <0.05),but not related to the degree of differentiation( P >0.05).Conclusion Matrix metalloproteinase 2 may be involved in carcinogenesis and progression and play an important role at tumor invasion and metastasis in colorectal carcinoma.
