摘　　要：目的 :提高对新生儿先天性巨结肠的各种X线征象的认识 ,以求早期诊断。方法 :对 60例不典型新生儿先天性巨结肠的腹平片、钡灌肠结肠造影、临床资料、手术及病理资料进行了回顾性分析 ,并与 60例典型新生儿先天性巨结肠资料做了对比分析。结果 :患儿日龄越小 ,其钡灌肠结肠造影的X线征象越不典型 ,但在对比分析中找出几种有诊断意义的X线征象。结论 :可将几种有诊断标准意义的X线征象进行综合 ,提出诊断标准供参考 。Objective: To improve the understanding of X rays features of congenital megacolon and its diagnosis in early stage. Methods: Plain abdominal films, barium enema, clinical features, surgical and pathological materials of 60 cases of atypical neonatal congenital megacolon were retrospectively reviewed and compared with those of 60 typical cases. Results: The younger patients were, the more atypical of barium enema was. But in comparative study, we found a few X rays features that had diagnostic value. Conclusion: We can present a radiological standard for reference on the basis of combination of some valuable X rays findings. Furthermore, we can put forward something that should be noticed in the enema examination.
