摘  要:目的探讨酒精性肝损伤的形态学改变和发生机理。方法实验用雌性SD大鼠 :对照组 (C组 ) ,自由饮用去离子水 ;实验组 (A组 ) ,自由饮用 2 0 %酒精水溶液。应用体视学方法计量各组大鼠肝细胞核的体密度 (Vvn)、面密度 (Svn)、比表面 (Qn)、肝细胞核质比 (Dnp)、肝贮脂细胞计数 (NIto)、贮脂细胞平均截面积 (AIto)。结果实验组大鼠肝细胞核质比 (Dnp)、肝细胞核的体密度 (Vvn)、面密度 (Svn)较对照组显著增高 ;肝贮脂细胞计数 (NIto)、贮脂细胞平均截面积 (AIto)较对照组非常显著的增高。结论酒精中毒会引起肝细胞和贮脂细胞增生 。ObjectiveTo investigate morphologic change of alcoholic liver damage and its mechanism.MethodsIn experiment, rats were divided into two groups: Group C (control group), drinking deionized water; Group A (alcohol group), drinking 20% ethanol solution. By using stereologic method, the following parameters were measured from hepatocytes and their nuclei in rats of every group: Volume density of nuclei(V vn ), Surface density of nuclei(S vn ), Specific surface(Q n), nuclei cytoplasmic ratio(D np ) and mean diameter of the hepatocytes(D H). The number and mean area of cross section in fat storing cell (Ito cell).ResultsThe V vn and S vn in the experimental group were significantly increased; the number and mean area of cross section in Ito cell of the experimental group were significantly increased.ConclusionEthanol can induce obvious proliferation of hepatocytes and Ito cells, and accelerates the liver fibrosis.
