摘　　要：《军人食物定量》是对国家军用标准《中国人民解放军军人食物定量标准》 (GJB 82 6- 90 )修订和补充后形成的新标准。新的食物定量标准设 4个灶别 ,调整了食物定量和结构 ,增加了食物品种和动物性食物、黄豆、植物油的定量。新的标准提供的各种营养素数量及质量均有不同程度的提高 ,能量和三大营养素及其热比也可达到《军人营养素供给量》 (GJB 82 3A - 1998)的要求。该标准对增强全军的身体素质 。The new dietary ration standard is a revision of 'Daily Standard of Ration for P.L.A.Man' (GJB 826-90),in which the ration is divided into 4 classifications, food rationing and food pattern are regulated, food varieties and ration of animal food,soybean and plant oil are increased.The quantity and quality of the nutrients in the new standard are all raised with varying degrees. Energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate and their thermal ratios satisfy the demands of 'Daily Dietary Allowances for Soldier'( GJB 823A-1998).The new standard is of great significance in enhancing physical quality of the whole army,promoting stress adaptaion and meeting the needs of high technological war.
