摘　　要：从菊苣（ＨｅｒｂａＣｉｃｈｏｒｉ）提取到一种白色结晶，该成分可降低四氧嘧啶模型小鼠血糖及血清甘油三酯水平，对抗高糖高脂血清导致的兔主动脉平滑肌细胞损伤，改善平滑肌细胞膜微粘度，降低培养液中过氧化脂质浓度。The article observed pharmacological activity of extract which is a white crystal substance and extracted from n hexane part of herba cichorii in vitro and in vivo.The result shows that the extract lowers the level of blood sugar and triglyceride in alloxane model mouse.It also demonstrated that the extract antagonizes rabbit aortic smooth muscles injury result in hyperlipidemic and hyperglycemic culture medium by lowering lipid peroxide in medium and recovering membrance fluidity.So,it is considered that extract be a active component of herba cichorii to reduce blood sugar and lipid in clinic.
