命之母A的雌激素样作用

摘　　要：命之母A 1 0 g/kg、0 5 g/kg和 0 2 5g/kg三个剂量灌服 ,均可明显引起小鼠子宫重量的增加 ,且 1 0 g/kg可明显增强大鼠给予己烯雌酚后由催产素所致的子宫平滑肌的收缩 ,表明命之母A可能具有类似雌激素样或促性腺激素样作用。g/kg、0.5g/kg and 0.25g/kg of Ming Zhi Mu A administered orally to mice obviously increased the weight of the uterus of mice, and 1.0g/kg dosage strengthened the construction of uterus smooth muscle induced by ocytocin after estrostilben was subcutaneously administered to the mice. Therefore, it was suggested that Ming Zhi Mu A may has the action similar to estrogen or gonadotropin releasing hormone.
