摘　　要：目的 探讨螺旋CT双期扫描技术及其在原发性肝癌诊断中的价值。方法 收集经病理证实和按我国肝癌协作组诊断标准作出诊断的116例,采用我们制定的肝动脉期、门脉期标准条件进行系列研究。结果 螺旋CT双期扫描是原发性肝癌最佳扫描选择,并能充分反映其血供特点。结论 螺旋CT双期扫描对原发性肝癌的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值。Purpose To study the diagnostic value of the dual - phase spiral - CT of the primary liver cancer. Methods Using our standards conditions of the arterial phase and portal venous phase, performed the series research for collected 116 cases were confirmed by the pathological evidence , and diagnosed by the diagnostic standards of co - operative group of liver cancer of China. Results The dual - phase spiral - CT were the best scanning selection which full reflected the characteristics of the blood circulation of the primary liver cancer. Conclusion Dual - phase spiral - CT have important value for the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of the primary liver cancer.
