摘　　要：目的 了解基质分解素-1(MMP_3)基因在胃癌组织的表达水平。方法 43例胃癌患者胃镜下取癌组织及正常胃粘膜,提取组织总RNA,用逆转录共扩增定量PCR方法测定MMP_3基因表达水平。结果 胃癌组织MMP_3,基因表达水平(2.02±0.34)明显高于正常胃粘膜组织(0.63±0.10,P<0.01),局部淋巴结受累者MMP_3基因表达水平(2.46±0.39)明显高于局部淋巴结未受累者(1.60±0.30,P<0.01)。结论 基质分解素-1在胃癌的浸润、转移中可能起重要作用。Objective To investigate expression of stromelysin-1 ( MMP3) gene in tissues of gastric carcinoma. Methods 43 patients with stomach carcinoma were selected in this study. Cancerous tissue and normal gastric mucosa tissue were obtained under gastroscopy.
