摘　　要：超量库存问题是制约我国企业发展的瓶颈之一。库存问题涉及企业供应链上各个环节 ,需要全面综合治理。本文从供应管理、生产管理、营销管理、经营决策管理、企业整体协调等五个方面系统研究了我国企业降低超量库存的策略与方法。The excessive inventory is one of the bottle necks restricting the development of our enterprises. The issue of inventory involves all the aspects of the supply chain, all of which should be considered in the reduction of inventory. This paper studies the strategies and the methods systematically to reduce the excessive inventory in our enterprises from the following five aspects supply management, production management, marketing, decision making and the enterprise integration.
