造纸提取黑液污染零排放新工艺研究

摘　　要：通过对造纸工业中黑液污染治理的研究 ,提出了制浆造纸提取黑液的蒸发浓缩 +喷雾干燥的新工艺 ,对已在实践中运用过的蒸发 +喷雾干燥工艺加以研究、归纳 ,并对蒸发 +喷雾干燥的新工艺进行了经济分析。实践证实 ,运用该工艺不仅能实现制浆造纸黑液零污染排放的达标治理 ,而且可获得木质素类副产品 ,为企业增强了活力。New technology of waste liquor from papermaking was provided by researching the treatment of waste water from pulping plant.The new technology incorporates evaporation and spray drying to the treating system of waste liquor. The technology of combining evaporation and spray drying was studied,practiced and concluded. Its economic analysis was also done. It was proved that not only zero discharge of extracted waste liquor could be realized, but also the lignin products were obtained by using this new technology. [
