摘　　要：研究了在稀 H2 SO4 介质中 ,痕量铁催化 H2 O2 氧化甲基红褪色反应 ,建立了一种高灵敏、高选择性测定痕量铁的新方法 .检出限为 5 .0× 1 0 - 7g/L,线性范围 0 .0 μg/1 0 m L～0 .4μg/1 0 m L,用于食品中铁的测定 。Discussed in the paper is a highly sensitive and selective method for measuring iron. The method is catalying H 2O 2 by trace iron in thin H 2SO 4 oxidiring methyl red and fading reaction. The linear scope and the measuring limit are 0.0μg^0.4μg and 5.0×10 -7 g/L respectively. The method can be employed for measuring iron in dates and spinach with satisfying results.
