摘 要:为了改善客车行驶的平顺性,避免转弯时车身侧倾,建立了同轴互联式客车油气悬架系统模型,对其特性进行研究。介绍了单筒式油气弹簧与同轴互联式油气悬架系统的结构及工作原理,通过对比仿真分析,确认同轴互联式油气悬架系统与空气悬架系统相比,在平顺性和抗侧倾方面具有优越性。In order to improve the smoothness of the passenger car during running and avoid body roll during turning, the model of the coaxial interconnected hydro pneumatic suspension system of the passenger car was established to investigate its performance. The structure and working principle of single-cylinder hydro pneumatic spring and coaxial interconnected hydro pneumatic suspension system were introduced. Through comparison, simulation and analysis, it is confirmed that the coaxial interconnected hydro pneumatic suspension system is superior to the air suspension system in terms of smoothness and anti-rolling.
