摘  要:环境友好润滑油既能满足设备的使用要求,又能在短时间内被生物降解,具有良好的生态效应。植物油润滑性好,与添加剂的相容性好,具有可再生性及可生物降解性,不污染环境,是矿物润滑油的替代品,可作为环境友好润滑油。但植物油的氧化安定性差,易水解,这些缺陷限制了植物油直接作为润滑油使用。可以用添加剂改性,化学改性以及生物改性等方法来提高植物油的氧化安定性及水解安定性。随着对环保意识的不断提高和对可再生资源的高度重视,植物油润滑油的优势正在日益显现。Environmental friendly lubricant could not only meet the operating requirements of equipment, but also could be biodegradable in a short time.So it had good ecological effects.Vegetable oils had excellent lubricity, good eompatibility with additives,renewable and biodegradable.And vegetable oils had no pollution to environment,which were the substitute for mineral oils.It could be used as environmental friendly lubricant. However, vegetable oils had poor oxidation stability and were easily hydrolyzed.So they could not be directly used as lubricant base oil.But additives modification, chemical modification and biological modification could be used to improve the oxidation stability and hydrolytic stability of vegetable oils.With the continuous improvement of environmental awareness and high attention to renewable resources, the advantages of vegetable oil lubricant were inereasingly apparent.
