“两山”理念的基础与意蕴探析

摘　　要："两山"理念是习近平生态文明思想的重要组成部分。"两山"理念有着坚实的基础。它的现实基础是1980年代以来世界与中国生态环境问题的凸显,直接源于习近平同志领导发展的实践,理论基础是我国优秀的传统文化与马克思恩格斯的生态思想,哲学基础是历史唯物主义和辩证法。"两山"理念意味着自然要素、人和社会的认知与行为等创造的良好生态环境以及优质生态环境给予人类的正面效应。在"两山"视域下,绿水青山蕴含了自然与文化两种形态,金山银山体现在政治、经济、社会等各方面。"两山"理念是习近平同志长期理论探索的成果,来之不易,我们要倍加珍惜,一以贯之。The concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets is the theoretical foundation for the construction of ecological civilization in the new era. The concept has a solid foundation. Its realistic basis is the seriousness of the world and China’s ecological environment since the 1980 s. It stems directly from the practice of Xi Jinping’s leadership development. The theoretical basis is the excellent traditional culture of China and the ecological thoughts of Marx and Engels. The philosophical base is historical materialism and dialectics. The concept means that the natural environment, the good ecological environment created by people and society’s cognition and behavior, and the good ecological environment gives people positive effects. In the view of the concept, the lucid water and lush Mountain contains two forms of nature and culture. The invaluable assets is embodied in political, economic and social aspects. The concept is the achievement of Xi Jinping’s long-term theoretical exploration. It is not easy to get. We must cherish it and follow it consistently.
