摘 要:文章以合肥高铁南站一号线与五号线交叉隧道施工为背景,运用数值模拟方法,通过改变等代层的刚度和厚度来体现浆液性能和注浆量的变化,分析了注浆参数对近接相交隧道盾构在掘进过程中地表沉降的影响规律。研究结果表明:等代层刚度大小对于地表的横向位移和纵向位移都有很大影响,注浆刚度越大,地表沉降数值就越小;等代层厚度对地表沉降也有较大影响,与地表最大沉降呈负相关关系。In terms of the construction of the cross tunnel of Line 1 and Line 5 of Hefei High-speed Railway South-station, by means of the numerical simulation method and through the change of the stiffness and thickness of the equivalent layer to manifest the slurry attributes and grouting volume variation, this paper analyzes the rule of grouting parameters influencing the surface settlement of the adjacent intersecting tunnel shield during the excavation process.The findings are that the stiffness of the equivalent layer has a great influence on the lateral and longitudinal displacement of the surface—the greater the grouting stiffness is, the lower the surface settlement value is; the thickness of the equivalent layer also has a great impact on the surface settlement—the thickness f the equivalent layer and the maximum surface settlement is negatively correlated.
