我国高考不同录取模式的综合比较与改革措施研究

摘　　要：高考作为我国规模最大、受关注程度最高的大型考试,其录取规则的制定与改革所产生的影响至关重要。高考录取模式改革目标是制定一个兼顾效率与公平、能够起到良好的导向作用、促进高校良好发展和提升高等教育人才培养质量的录取模式。从效率的角度讲,最佳的规则是实现考生与高校之间的稳定匹配,达到帕累托最优的标准。当前,我国不同省份在高考录取模式方面既有一定的趋同性,又存在一些差异。本文深入比较不同录取模式的综合效果,并与改革的最终目标相比较,提出进一步改革的方向和措施。The college entrance examination is the largest and most concerned major examination in China, the formulation and reform of its admission rules have crucial impact.The goal of the reform of the col- lege entrance examination admission mode is to develop an admission model that takes into account efficiency and fairness,can play a good guiding role,promotes the sound development of colleges and univer- sities,and improves the quality of higher educationpersonnel training.From the perspective of efficien- cy,the best rule is to achieve a stable match between candidates and universities,to achieve the Pareto optimal standard.At present,different provinces in China have certain convergence in the college en- trance examination admission model,and there are some differences.This paper deeply compares the comprehensive effects of different admission models and compares them with the ultimate goal of reform to propose further reform directions and measures.
