略论近代厦门建筑设备的引进与影响

摘　　要：以近代厦门建筑设备为研究对象,通过文献研究、实地调研、案例分析,对厦门近代最早出现的几种典型建筑设备引入历程做了较为全面的分析,归纳其主要的类型,追溯其时代背景和引入途径,并剖析其引入后的影响。研究表明厦门近代早期建筑设备的引入和发展离不开福建华侨在祖籍地的投资和建设,近代建筑设备引进后产生的影响主要体现在生活方式的变革、建筑性能的提升、建筑类型的发展和城市市政体系的完善等方面,这些方面共同作用加快了厦门城市现代化的进程。Taking Xiamen building equipment as the research object in modern times, through the literature research, the field research, the case analysis, to the Xiamen modern several types of typical building equipment introduced in the early introduction of a comprehensive analysis, the main types of which are summar ized, i t traces its background and introduction,and analyzes its influence after its introduction. The research shows that the introduction and development of building equipment in the early modern period of Xiamen can not be separated from the investment and construction of Fujian Overseas Chinese in their ancestral land, the influence of modern construction equipment is mainly reflected in the change of life style, the improvement of building performance,the development of architectural types and the improvement of the city’s municipal system, together, these aspects have accelerated the process of the modernization of Xiamen City.
