摘　　要：目的 研究2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者脉图客观参数与糖化血红蛋白(GHb)指标的相关性, 为无创性脉诊辅助T2DM的临床诊断、临床用药及病情评估提供客观依据.方法 应用DS01-A中医体质辨识健康管理系统采集并分析T2DM患者的脉图参数,建立脉图参数与GHb指标的关联模型.结果 糖尿病组参数h1、h3、h4、h5、h3/h1、h5/h1、w/t、t1/t与正常对照组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05);糖尿病患者的脉图参数中h1、h3、h4、h5、h3/h1、h4/h1、w/t、t1/t与GHb指标的相关系数有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,参数w/t与GHb变化关系最密切,且与GHb指标呈正相关.结论 T2DM患者脉图参数可以反映GHb的变化,为临床上运用无创性中医脉诊诊断糖尿病提供理论依据和技术支持,并用于病情评估及风险预警.Objective To investigate the relationship between objective pulse diagram parameters and glycosylat-ed hemoglobin(GHb)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in order to provide clinical diagnosis,medica-tion and disease severity assessment for T2DM.Methods The DS01 -E TCM physique identification health manage-ment system was used to collect and analyze pulse diagram parameters of T2DM patients.Correlation model was estab-lished between pulse diagram parameters and GHb indicators.Results There were significant differences between pulse parameters h1,h3,h4,h5,h3/h1,h5/h1,w/t,t1/t,t5 in diabetic group and those in control group(P<0.05). There were significant differences between parameters h1,h3,h4,h5,h3/h1,h4/h1,w/t,t1/t and GHb coefficients (P<0.05).Parameter w/t was the most close with GHb changes and had a positive correlation with GHb indicators. Conclusion Pulse diagram parameters in patients with T2DM can reflect changes of GHb,which can provide theoreti-cal basis and technical support for the diagnosis of diabetes as well as evaluate disease severity and risk warning.
