从阴阳论女性生殖调节

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》对女性生长、发育、生殖、衰老规律的论述是后世医家研究生殖调节的理论依据,其渊源是阴阳学说,明代的"命门学说"又为中医生殖理论的拓展提供了新思路。认为阴阳学说是中医本原与规律的反映,贯穿于中医理、法、方、药的全过程,元阴、元阳是生命的根源,肾、脾是生殖之水土。提出女性生殖调节应与天地日月相应,因时、因地、因人制宜。The discussion of the laws of female growth,development,reproduction and aging in Inner Cannon of Yellow Emperor(《黄帝内经》) is the theoretical basis for the study of reproductive regulation in later generations of physicians.Its origin is the theory of yin and yang,and the "theory of life gate"in the Ming Dynasty provides new ideas for the expansion of reproductive theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It is believed that the theory of yin and yang is a reflection of the origin and laws of TCM,and runs through the whole process of principle,method,recipe,and medicines of TCM.Kidney yin and kidney yang are the roots of life,and kidney and spleen are like the water and soil of reproduction.It is proposed that female reproductive regulation should correspond to the world,the sun,the moon,the time,the place,and the person.
