摘 要:目的观察佩戴角膜塑型镜后角膜厚度的变化。方法回顾性分析佩配角膜塑型镜者30例(58眼)的临床资料,按照不同屈光度分为两组:A组,低度近视组(-3.00D及以下)16例(30眼),B组,中度近视组(-3.25D^6.00D)14例(28眼),分别在配戴前、配戴后1、7、30及90d,以Angio-OCT眼前段扫描观察角膜全层厚度和角膜上皮厚度。结果佩戴前角膜全层厚度和角膜上皮层厚度两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组角膜全层厚度配戴前与配戴后各时间点的结果对比差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。B组配戴30d后差异有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。角膜上皮层厚度佩戴前与佩戴后各时间点对比,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论佩戴角膜塑型镜后早期角膜上皮层厚度中央区减少,旁中央区增加。Objective To observe the changes of corneal thickness after orthokeratopraxis in myopia patients with different diopter. Methods The data of 58 eyes of 30 myopia patients who received orthokeratopraxis with Angio-OCT were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were divided into two groups according to different diopter. Thirty eyes of 16 patients with spherical equivalent ( SE)≤ -3. 0 D were included in group A. And 28 eyes of 14 patients with SE in-3. 25 D— -6. 00 D were included in group B. The changes of corneal thickness and corneal epithelial thickness before and 1, 7, 30 and 90 days after orthokeratopraxis were measured with Angio-OCT. Results The difference of corneal thickness and cornea epithelial thickness before orthokeratopraxis were not significant between the two groups (P>0. 05). The difference of corneal thickness was not significant between before and each time point after orthokeratopraxis in group A (P>0. 05). The difference of corneal thickness was statistically significant between before and 30 days after orthokeratoprsxis in group B (P<0. 05). The difference of corneal epithelial thickness was statistically significant between before and each time point after orthokeratopraxis (P<0. 05). Conclusion The main changes of corneal epithelial thickness are the decreasement of central corneal thickness and increasement of paracentral corneal thickness in the early stage after orthokeratopraxis.
