摘　　要：本研究通过对中医药院校教学改革和质量管理进行理论上的分析:提出完善中医药教育质量管理、优化教育教学改革的必要性。同时,进一步阐述了中医药院校教学改革和质量管理的全面性、导向性、可操作性以及定性与定量原则。在此基础上,提出完善中医药院校毕业生质量与教学改革互动机制的对策并进行实践;对策内容包含建立有效的毕业生质量跟踪反馈机制、积极开展教学质量监控和评价以及构建中医药教育教学质量测量与评价体系。以此结合当前社会对中医药学人才培养的需求以及行业素质培养标准,对中医药人才进行针对性培养,推动中医药事业发展。Through the theoretical analysis of teaching reform and quality management in traditional Chinese medicine colleges, this paper puts forward the necessity of improving the quality management and optimizing the reform of education and teaching. Meanwhile, this paper further expounds the comprehen-sive, guiding, operable, qualitative and quantitative principles of teaching reform and quality management in traditional Chinese medicine colleges. Based on the above analysis, the paper puts forward and practices the reform countermeasures to improve the interactive mechanism between the quality of graduates and the reform of teaching in traditional Chinese medicine colleges. The countermeasures include establishing an effective quality tracking feedback mechanism for graduates, actively carrying out the monitoring and evalu-ation of teaching quality, and constructing the measurement and evaluation system of teaching quality of traditional Chinese medicine education. This paper combines the needs of the current society for the culti-vation of talents of traditional Chinese medicine and the training quality standards, so as to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
